GOLD ONLINE 96.5% is an online service that allows 96.5% pure gold bars to be bought and sold through Hua Seng Heng’s website and the HSH Trade application.
This offers you the opportunity to conveniently buy and sell gold bars. You can easily sell Hua Seng Heng cast gold bars that you own at any time through the online system. Purchased gold can also be withdrawn in physical form whenever you wish.

How to fill the applications forms
**Download the documents and fill in all the required information with the 3 required documents attached.**
Customers must put down their security deposit before they can start selling/buying. There are 2 options of deposit that you can choose from.
1. In case of cash deposit, at least 7,500 baht must be put down. With this deposit, you can buy/sell 5 gold baht.
2. In case of gold bar deposit, at least 5-baht gold bar must be put down. With this deposit, you can buy/sell 75 gold baht.

Upon the sale of deposited gold, the proceeds shall be credited to the customer’s bank account within three business days.

This is a payment method via Internet Banking, which can be done by logging into your bank account via the bank’s URL. You will be charged a fee of 15 baht.

How is 96.5% gold different from 99.99% gold?
96.5% gold is a gold standard set by Thailand’s Gold Traders Association, which is commonly traded in Thailand.
99.99% gold bars are traded with internationally recognized quality standards, widely accepted in the global market.
At what time can purchases/orders be made?

Transaction window (payment or gold drop-off)
You must make a payment for your order or drop off the gold that you’re selling within T+3 or 3 business days after the request is made through the system.
How are the fines calculated if a transaction is not completed by the specified timeframe?
You will be charged a fine of 3 baht per gold baht per day, and any pending buy-sell position will be valid for 10 days. After such period, any buy/sell position will be matched and deducted from the security deposit.

At which branches can I pick up or drop off the gold?
Can I place my gold on deposit with Hua Seng Heng? If so, will there be any charges?
You can place your gold on deposit with Hua Seng Heng free of charge. In such cases, you will receive a gold deposit ticket that represents your deposited gold. You can also place your physical gold deposit documents with Hua Seng Heng for security purposes, and only keep the copies of these documents.
