96.5% gold is a gold standard set by Thailand’s Gold Traders Association, which is commonly traded in Thailand.

You must make the payment for your purchase or deliver the gold you are selling within T+3, or 3 business days, after placing the order in the system.

How are the fines calculated if a transaction is not completed by the specified timeframe?

You will be charged a fine of 3 THB per baht-weight of gold per day, and any pending buy/sell position will be valid for 10 days. After this period, any buy and sell position will be matched and deducted from the security deposit.
