You can use any credit card for payment at our branches and at the Gold Trading Room, Hua Seng Heng Building 2, 1st Floor (a processing fee starting from 2.2% applies to all cards). For installment payments, terms and conditions are subject to your bank, so please contact your bank directly.

Can I exchange my gold for one with more weight?
Our staff will inspect the gold’s condition and verify its actual weight for price evaluation, based on the gold ornament buy-back price of the day. If the gold has lost weight or is not in perfect condition, the buy-back price will be reduced accordingly. Once the transaction is complete, you may proceed to purchase a new gold ornament with your desired weight.
Which price reference does Hua Seng Heng use for gold pricing?
Gold bar buy/sell prices are based on the Gold Traders Association of Thailand’s rates (excluding any making charges).
