How are the approval process?
After a successful sign up, a notification email will be sent to your email. After activating, our staff will verify your documents, which usually take 1 business day. Once completed, you’ll receive another notification email, and then you’re good to go!
How long does it take for the documents to be verified?
Approximately 1-2 business days
What to do if you didn’t receive the confirmation email?
This may be due to errors in the email you entered. You can send a request to change your email with your full name to goldsaving@huasengheng.com.

How to withdraw gold bars?
Submit a withdraw order in our system and use the QR code and your ID card to redeem the gold bar at our locations: Hua Seng Heng Building 2 at Yaowarat Road; Hua Seng Heng, Seacon Square Srinakarin Branch; and Hua Seng Heng, Silom Complex OR click “gold pick-up locations”.
How to change my information, ID card, or bankbook?
Log in and make the change by clicking at the top right. Select “Upload photo”.
